One of the most popular, tried and true, tourniquet holder is the North American Rescue C-A-T Tourniquet Holder. Made of 1000D IR Nylon, this holder protects your tourniquet from the elements and keeps the hook and loop on the tourniquet from tearing at your clothing. It is also able to mount horizontally. Almost every officer that has come into our shop is equipped with this style holder.

The Eleven 10® RIGID TQ Case® for the C-A-T® Gen 7 is designed to provide fast access to your tourniquet when it's needed most. This hard-sided case can be worn on your duty belt, MOLLE/PALS compatible vest. It holds the tourniquet in place using friction, eliminating the need for straps, buckles, or flaps. For easy one-handed deployment, just grab the exposed portion of the tourniquet and pull - even if your hands are bloody or wet. The RIGID TQ Case® is also available for the SOF Tourniquet and the TMT Tourniquet.
