LET US KNOW.
All we ask is that you provide us with evidence of the incident that includes which item was used (such as a police report). Once we have all this information, a replacement will be sent!
WHAT ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT?

Items sent overseas, into warzones or hospitals do not apply. Items that have been discontinued will be subject to a store credit to your customer account or an item of equal value. The Lifesaver Replacement Guarantee only applies to website orders.
