Returns & Refunds Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
NOTE: Medical kits and supplies are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original item value. All contents must be unopened and show no signs of alteration.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out our Return Request Form with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond to you quickly and guide you through the next steps.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.
All products must be returned unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance—we can't guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return policy is only for unused products. If your product shows signs of use or abuse, we reserve the right to not issue a refund and send the item back to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made up to 30 days from the receipt of your order. To make an exchange, simply return your item(s) and complete a new purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
