Off Grid Preparedness Supply Company, LLC shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials and products on this site. Purchase of medical devices may require that purchaser be a licensed physician or work under the supervision of a licensed physician. When purchasing from our website, the buyer and user of the items agree they have medical device authorization.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a Off Grid Preparedness Supply Company, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel/refund any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Product Recalls
In the case that a product is shipped and held by a buyer and becomes subject to a recall mandated by a government entity, it is the buyer's responsibility to promptly return the items. In this instance, the buyer shall be granted a replacement if eligible or a refund. If the credit card is no longer eligible for a refund, store credit will be granted for the amount of the purchase.

We sincerely believe in your privacy. Off Grid Preparedness Supply Company, LLC will not sell any of your information. Addresses will be used only to ship items through our shipping carriers.
Illegal Use of Items
By agreeing to these Terms, buyer and users of items agree that items shall not be used for any illegal or unauthorized use. Purchase of body armor, the buyer agrees they have no criminal history. Body armor will not be shipped to states where it is unauthorized.
