The Off Grid Law Enforcement PRO (LEO-PRO) IFAK is a feature-rich, highly functional first aid kit that contains all of the essential, life-saving medical supplies necessary to treat massive hemorrhage; a major cause of preventable death in the field. Modeled after the original Off Grid Law Enforcement IFAK, this kit contains many of the same trusted and proven bleed control contents. However, the LEO-PRO includes an upgraded pouch design, an externally mounted Combat Application (C-A-T) Tourniquet, and a pair of premium NAR Trauma Shears.

Like the original Off Grid LE kit, this IFAK includes a tear-away feature, allowing for rapid deployment, and creates ease-of-use in high-stress situations. However, unlike the original kit, the LEO-PRO can be mounted vertically or horizontally to both MOLLE/PALS webbing with short Malice Clips (included) and belts utilizing the supplied Velcro® Brand One Wrap® Straps. The wear on the belt can be adjusted for ride height. The pouch has a new Break-Open design which exposes all of the contents when deployed for easy access, while keeping all supplies neatly organized. All contents are secured inside the pouch and are quickly deployable utilizing a fixed mounting platform and Fidlok® releasable strap. The kit also features an externally mounted tourniquet for those that want all their medical gear in one place, or quickly leverage a backup TQ when a primary is carried elsewhere.
