Do NOT size this belt based on your pants size.
Pant sizes vary significantly between brands and will not provide an accurate fit.

To ensure the correct size:

1. Use a measuring tape to measure your waist around your pants, as you would wear the belt.

2. Use the measurement below to select your size.

Size Chart

• Small (S): 30.5" – 35.6" (80 – 90.5 cm)

• Medium (M): 35.6" – 38.6" (90.5 – 98.25 cm)

• Large (L): 38.6" – 41.7" (98.25 – 106 cm)

• X-Large (XL): 41.7" – 45.2" (106 – 115 cm)

For best performance and comfort, always measure rather than relying on tagged pant size.
