The Agilite MD2™ is a compact, low-profile trauma kit engineered for rapid deployment and efficient organization of essential life-saving medical supplies. Designed for ambidextrous access, it ensures fast response under stress while maintaining a streamlined footprint on your kit. The MD2™ features an integrated external combat tourniquet holder, a dedicated 6” trauma shears sleeve, and micro MOLLE attachment optimized for battle belts. An optional plate carrier hanger attachment (sold separately) allows for additional mounting versatility. Inside, four organized pockets provide structured storage, along with dedicated space for a decompression needle or marker—making the MD2™ an ideal IFAK solution for tactical, law enforcement, and prepared civilian applications.
