Esstac Laminate 7 Round Shotgun Card

The Esstac Laminate 12 Gauge Shotgun Card is a stiffened shell carrier designed to function as a disposable reload card for 12 gauge shotguns. Built with laminate Cordura and a Tegris backer, the same material used in Esstac's Enhanced Belts, this card holds 7 shells in laminate Cordura loops with Slip-Not on the inner backer surface to keep shells secure without elastic. Hook Velcro on the back attaches to any loop Velcro surface on a receiver or stock. One sticky back loop Velcro piece is included with each card.

How to Use

The Shotgun Card is designed to function as a reload magazine. Reload from the card first, then attach a fresh card once low or empty. Cards fit in Esstac 5.56 and 7.62 pouches as well as most standard 5.56 pouch offerings on the market.

Adhesive Velcro Installation

1. Cut the included sticky back loop Velcro to match your receiver if needed.
2. Clean the mounting area thoroughly with acetone or isopropyl alcohol to remove all oils, grime, and debris.
3. Apply the Velcro to a clean and completely dry surface.
4. Allow the adhesive to set for 24 hours before use.
5. Note: Oils and firearm cleaners can soften the adhesive over time. If the edges of the Velcro begin lifting, replace the adhesive strip. An extra sticky back Velcro piece is recommended to keep on hand.
