What are you business hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Please note that our office will be closed on the holidays listed below.

Note: Off Grid Warehouse is not open to the public; however, first responders are welcome.

What payment types are accepted?
We accepts the following payment options:

Can I place a phone order?
Yes, we take phone orders! Simply call us at 856-292-3645.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service by phone at 856-292-3645 or our Contact Form before you receive your shipping confirmation. The sooner, the better. Customer Service can also assist you with exchanges.
Do you have Net 30 terms?
We offer Net 30 terms to both state and local agencies. A proper purchase order must be signed and sent to us. Non-government entities can request for Net 30 terms on a select basis.
Shipping & Lead Time
What items are quick to ship?
All items from Condor, High Speed Gear, and Voodoo usually ship in 24 hours. Medical supplies also ship usually within 24 hours, unless it is in bulk. Medical kits are built to order to ensure the latest expiration possible, whether at our facility or at the manufacturers facility. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you. Lead time in the "availability" section of listings are only estimates.
What is your free shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $25. If your order is under $25, there is a $4 shipping charge. This helps us to ensure we can offer the best prices for those who want items individually or in bulk. Select items such as Blue Can Water are not a free shipping item due to freight charges depending on location, lift gate, commercial or residential, etc.

How do I leave a product review?
After your purchase, you will receive a link which allows you to leave feedback about that product. Alternatively, you can leave a review through the product listing itself. You can even add photos of your gear for others to see.
Do you have a catalog?
Since we are adding new products daily, we cannot offer a printed catalog.
