In our opinion, one of the best AR Mag Pouches for a belt is the Zero9 AR/M4 Mag Pouch. It has the ability to mount to a belt with a Tek-Lok attachment. It is great for competition shooting, or general range use. If you are a police officer we recommend mounting it to a vest with the Molle-Lok attachment. On the front of this pouch is a mounting pattern that will fit almost any other Zero9 pouch, giving you the ability to double stack rifle mags, add a handcuff case or a pistol mag pouch.
A popular triple rifle mag pouch option is Condor's Triple Stacker M4 Mag Pouch. It is 3 mags wide but allows double stacking for a total of six mags. It also an economical option as well. The 1000D Cordura Nylon is heavy duty, allowing this pouch to take a good beating.
Lastly, we recommend the High Speed Gear Gen 2 Pistol TACO for pistol mags and other small tools or lights. The Gen 2 comes with laser cut nylon, mini MOLLE on the back to allow for belt or vest mounting with their included HSGI Clips. It fits most mags, such as 9mm, .45 ACP, 10mm and more. It is also available in single or double configuration.
